Above prices are based on 4-6 people and include gas,
electricity and VAT at 17.5% Pets are welcome at weekly
charge of £20.00.
Mobile homes are all fully equipped, with the exception
of pillowslips, sheets and towels.
Mini breaks are available all dates excluding 12th July
– 6th September, minimum stay 2 Nights Bank Holidays
– 3 Nights, dependant on availability. Prices on
Request.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The balance of payment shall be paid 14 days prior to
arrival. Caravans are let on a weekly basis from Saturday.
Caravans are available from 3pm and must be vacated by
10am on the day of departure. A deposit of £50.00
is required for each week booked. Caravans must not be
occupied by more than the number of berths, i.e. 4 or
6. Bed linen, etc., must be provided by the hirer. Pets
are welcome but dog baskets must be provided.
Caravans may be inspected for breakages, etc., before
departure. Should the hirer fail to conform to any of
the above conditions, the Park may end the hire agreement
without refund. One pet per caravan at weekly charge of
£20.00.
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancelled booking, a deposit can be
transferred to an alternative available date but we regret
that it cannot be refunded.

N.B. Easter, May Day, Whitsun and September Weekend –
charged at High Season rate & including Friday, Saturday
and Sunday.
The above prices are for up to 4 persons, additional persons
are charged at £1.50 per person. Awnings are chargeable
at £1.00 per night and electric hook-up at £2,00
per night. Pitches can be reserved (minimum bookable stay
2 nights) and paid for in full in advance. Maximum length
of tourer – 21ft. Please note that large tunnel
tents will be charged according to their size and occupancy.
MOBILE HOMES & SEASONAL TOURERS
- Mobile Home on 12' Concrete Base - £1020.00 + VAT + Rates + Elec
- Mobile Home on Gravel Base - £965.00 + VAT + Rates + Elec
- Touring Caravan including 10 amp Elec - £855.00 + VAT
Prices include hot showers and dish-washing facilities.
Please note dogs are welcome if kept on a lead and exercised
off park
